QckServe is a platform for buying, selling, and discovering classified ads across India. To maintain a safe and genuine marketplace, all users must adhere to the following rules. Violations may result in ad removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
What You Can Do
- Post ads for genuine items you own or have the right to sell
- Use clear, accurate titles and descriptions
- Upload real photos of the actual item being sold
- Set a fair and honest price for your listing
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
- Update or remove your ad once the item is sold
- Include your correct contact details
- Post in the correct category for your item
What Is Not Allowed
- Posting duplicate or spam listings
- Using misleading titles, descriptions, or images
- Selling prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods
- Posting adult content or sexually explicit material
- Advertising firearms, weapons, or dangerous substances
- Sharing personal data of other users without consent
- Posting ads on behalf of another person without authorization
- Using fake pricing or bait-and-switch tactics
- Posting hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
Category-Specific Rules
Must include accurate location, size, price, and ownership status.
Include registration year, make, model, mileage, and condition clearly.
Only post items you genuinely own and are ready to sell or exchange.
Clearly describe services offered, pricing, and service area.
Only post real job openings. No paid recruitment or MLM schemes.
Business sellers must have genuine stock and honor listed prices.
Enforcement & Consequences
QckServe reserves the right to remove any ad that violates these rules without prior notice.
Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Users found engaging in fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant authorities.
